This page explains how Sin Yang Plastic Enterprise Sdn Bhd delivers orders.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Malaysia from our factory at No. 63-65, Lot 5250, Kampung Kwan Tung Baru, Sungai Chua, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia. We also supply export customers; export shipments are arranged case by case and quoted with the order.
How delivery is arranged
Because order sizes vary from a carton to a full pallet load, delivery is quoted with your order rather than fixed on this website. Your quotation or sales order states the delivery method, the delivery charge if one applies, and the expected lead time. Collection from our Kajang factory can be arranged if you prefer.
Lead times
Lead time depends on whether the models you have ordered are in stock and on the order quantity. Made-to-order and OEM production is scheduled against the mould and the run size, and the lead time for that work is confirmed when we accept the order. We will tell you if a confirmed date is going to move.
Receiving a delivery
Please check the consignment against the delivery order before signing for it, and note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery order at the point of receipt. Claims for transit damage or shortage are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
